What is ManageMyHealth (MMH)?

ManageMyHealth (MMH) is also known as ‘Health Care Online’.  This is a secure online service or telephone app that enables patients to view their medical information online at a time that is convenient to them.

This is a subscription-free service designed to enable patients to log into their secure site and:

  • view consultations records (from 1 Nov 2014)
  • view laboratory test results
  • request repeat prescriptions
  • book appointments (For continuity of care, please book with your doctor or the doctor that works with them - if you are unsure which doctors work together click here)
  • receive emails from their doctor

MMH sends a notification email to a nominated email address to indicate when records are updated e.g. when laboratory results are available. Patients will be able to log in to their secure site to view their results and avoid the need to wait to be contacted by City GPs or telephone to request results.

Please note: MMH emails are intended for NON-urgent communication only. If doctors or other staff are busy or not rostered on then this communication may not be seen for up to 72 hours. Anything that needs attention in less than 72 hours, please contact our friendly reception staff on 04 381 6161.

Please also note: there may be a fee charged for consultations and services undertaken via the MMH platform at the discretion of the doctor.
