The usual appointment time is 15 minutes.

If you are one of our registered patients and there is a problem with payment please discuss your options our practice manager. We try very hard to prevent payment for services becoming a barrier to accessing timely medical care.

 

Cancellations and delays

We would appreciate a phone call if you are running late.

Failure to attend appointments or cancelling at short notice may incur a full consultation fee.

Appointments can be made by: 

1. Ringing our administration team on 04 381 6161

2. If you are a registered patient with City GPs, you can book using the 'Book via ManageMyHealth' button above

3. If you are registered with the ManageMyHealth portal, you can book an appointment through there.
