If you need an urgent appointment please tell our receptionists and they will ensure that your request is dealt with promptly.

We want you to be able to consult your own doctor if at all possible. This enables better continuity and coordination of your healthcare. If you need to be seen urgently every effort will be made to give you an appointment with your own doctor however if this is not possible we will try to offer you an appointment with another doctor.

Send our reception a general enquiry or send us your feedback. Do not use this form to book an appointment. Do not use email to communicate medical or sensitive information to your doctor or nurse.

When making payments, so that we can attribute the payment to the correct person, please include the following information:

- Name of the person who received the service

- Date-of-birth of the person who received the service

- The 'Ref' number from the invoice (NB: this is not included in the text notification).
